Who do the staff writers at Bear Goggles On predict to win the Chicago Bears Week 15 match at the Detroit Lions

Last week, the Chicago Bears pulled off the shocker by not only going into Cincinnati and beating the Bengals, but doing it to the tune of a blow out. None of our staff writers had the Bears beating the Bengals outright. However, two writers did see the Bears keeping the game within the posted spread of six. In fact, it helped boost Parker Hurley and lead in ATS picks to 11-2, clinching the best record of the staff in this category.

He is tied with Bill Zimmerman in the lead for outright wins, as both sit at 8-5 after calling the Bengals. Will see see any separation this week? The Bears are listed as five point underdogs for this game.

Bill Zimmerman24-20LionsBears8-5 (7-6)
Parker Hurley21-20BearsBears8-5 (11-2)

It looks like we will see one of the writers take a lead in the straight up competition as Zimmerman and Hurley go to head to head with three weeks to play. Zimmerman agrees with Hurley that the Bears will stay within the number. However, he has the Lions winning the game outright, and Hurley is calling for back to back upsets from the Chicago Bears. Siding with Hurley and Zimmerman in saying that the game will be within five points is Jesse Tamayo.

Alex Beamer and Joshua Diaz, the other writer who picked the Bears to cover the spread last week have the Lions winning and doing it in convincing fashion. Time will tell.
