What does Chicago Bears injury report look like for Week 16 against the Cleveland Browns?

The Chicago Bears injury luck continues to plague the team. After already taking Kyle Long for the season. fellow guard Josh Sitton could be right behind him. Josh Sitton missed practice on Thursday. He did not practice yesterday and given the magnitude of the game it would be surprising to see him play.

As for the rest of the report there are no huge surprises. Sherrick McManis did not practice, but it does not sound serious. Still, his status on Friday will be the name to watch along with Sitton. If Sitton does not practice he is out, and if McManis does not the odds are stacked against him as well.

Looking elsewhere Adrian Amos is healthy and will play for the first time in two weeks. It is good to see that he will not even be on the injury report by tomorrow if things go well. Adam Shaheen was limited for the second day in a row, increasing the odds of him starting this week as well. Lastly, Chris Prosinski and Tomo Compton were limited, but the team could get by without either name. With Amos back in the lineup, Prosinski really has no use.

Overall, the Bears health status is not great. It would not be surprising to see Sitton get shut down not only for this week, but for week 17 as well. It hurts to see but with nothing to play for he should not risk further injury.
