2. Indianapolis Colts

If I believed that Andrew Luck was going to be healthy, this would be the top choice. However, how hard would it be to take on that job having no idea what the health status is of the entire argument as to why you would take that job?

With that said, starting a head coaching gig with Andrew Luck would be the dream. Chris Ballard had a pretty solid draft and offseason with the Colts and if he can string together one or two more, this becomes an immediate contender.

They have the number three pick in the NFL draft and the owner wants Saquon Barkley. If they can add him, and find offensive line help, this is a team that will compete next season. That is a great position to sign onto. With all of that in mind with Jacoby Brissett at the helm, it becomes a different scenario.

You may end up fighting for a playoff spot and flirting with 8-8. Then you have a huge decision to make in your first offseason involving Brissett and Luck. There is a lot of room for error here.
