Is Bears head coach best opening?
1. Chicago Bears
This is going to sound like a homer pick, but why would the Bears not be the top destination? Whether you love Mitchell Trubisky or not, when it comes to contract status and situation, he is the best one. He is cheap, and he signed on for the next four seasons. No other team can say that about their situation.
The Bears also have the two things to put around Trubisky, A running game and a defense. Trubisky was 5-7 as a starter because of this. Jordan Howard and Tarik Cohen is the perfect duo and exactly what you would want to surround a young quarterback around.

On defense, everything starts up front and that is what the Bears have. Eddie Goldman and Akiem Hicks are stars. Leonard Floyd has a chance to jump on that list, and a pass rusher should come at pick eight. Pieces like Danny Trevathan and Eddie Jackson help, but this whole core is locked down.
There are no questions. There is cap space, and room to make draft picks. It also comes with the idea of a three year window to lay the groundwork. The Bears job should be an attractive one, and someone could turn it around quick.
