Now that draft season is here for the Chicago Bears, when is the Senior Bowl?

The Senior Bowl is on Saturday, January 27th. It will be played at 1:30 Central Time, 2: 30 Eastern and 11:30 Pacific Time. It will feature the top Senior prospects from across the nation. The Chicago Bears have been at practices all week and clearly have been meeting with a few players. They will have their eyes on a variety of names in this game, and could very easily draft or two players from this game. It will definitely be worth turning in. The game will be broadcasted on NFL Network.

Some of the big prospects in the game are Baker Mayfield and Josh Allen. Of course, neither of the two are really of any interest to the Chicago Bears, due to the quarterback position being filled. There are some good wide receivers in this game, and James Washington and Michael Gallup are two players worth checking out.

Of course, there is a group of defensive players worth looking into as well. Marcus Davenport and Shaqem Griffen have been two players who have been heavily talked about on the defensive side of the ball. We will see if either can rise to the occasion of the game setting.

Overall, the Senior Bowl practices mean more to the scouts and coaches than the game. It is how the player can adjust to schemes, and be open to fast changes. Most leave on Friday and watch the game like the rest of us on television. Still, it is a good chance to listen a lot of draft talk on Saturday.
