Chicago Bears Draft Scout: Uchenna Nwosu
Fit for Chicago Bears
Uchenna Nwosu will likely be around in the middle to late rounds. If Bradley Chubb is not around at pick eight, this could be where the team is looking for pass rush help. Is Nwosu their guy?

He could fit if the team has addressed the position some in free agency. Nwosu could spend a rookie season on special teams, and play behind Leonard Floyd. Floyd is another player good in space and in coverage. If Nwosu spent his career on special teams and rotating with Floyd it would not be a bad transition for him.
If the team is looking for starter snaps, especially early in his career, they would have to pass. His best abilities are going to come in batting down passes and playing in space.
