Fit for Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears need a cornerback. Even if Prince Amukamara, and Kyle Fuller, or one or the other return, the team should address cornerback at some point in this draft? Is Mike Hughes the fit for them?

He may not be. Everyone knows Vic Fangio as a bend but do not break coach. He usually is looking for his cornerbacks to play off of coverage and come down to make plays on the ball. While he is willing as a downhill tackler, it is not necessarily his strength in anyway. He is still better chasing and using his speed down the field, while adding his physicality at the line. This could lead to a few big plays early, which will frustrate his defensive coordinator. It may not be the perfect fit.

Mike Hughes could be around in round two, and could be their best player available. If that is the case, he could be a pick. However, the team could have their eyes on better fits in terms of what they are looking for in a cornerback.
