Where is 2018 NFL Draft? With a new city hosting the draft every year, where is the 2018 NFL Draft?

All Chicago Bears fans should know that the NFL draft was hosted in New York City from 1965-2014. Then, it was Chicago that took over the reigns for the following two seasons. Since then, the NFL has decided to expand the draft location across the country. 2015 and 16 were in Chicago, 2017 was in Philadelphia and the 2018 NFL Draft will be hosted in Dallas.

Dallas will host their draft at “Jerry World” as known to many “AT&T Stadium” as known to all. The venue will certainly be big enough to host, and it should be a great weekend overall.

The Chicago Bears enter the draft with eight overall picks. The team lost their third round pick, but have an extra fourth round pick instead. They should be going in with the idea to address the rest of their needs.

With the loss of Cameron Meredith, wide receiver has emerged next to edge rusher, and offensive line as the teams big needs. While the Chicago Bears retained all of their starting cornerbacks from a year ago, Bryce Callahan is still only signed to a one-year deal. Slot cornerback or cornerback in general would likely be an option to look at.

We broke down some slot cornerback options for the Bears, as well as Edge rushers who could be around in the middle rounds. The Bears should be heading to Dallas for the NFL draft and hopefully walking away with a team that on paper can compete for a playoff spot.
