Minnesota Vikings: Kirk Cousins, Trevor Siemian, Kyle Slotter
Had the Vikings held onto Case Keenum, we would be arguing about whether or not the Bears should be in the discussion for number three. However, the Vikings did upgrade at quarterback and do move up a bit in the rankings.

Still, this is also a huge prove it year for Kirk Cousins as well. Most of the praise around Cousins has been that he is competent with a bad team around him. His team made the playoffs once and lost in the first round, and his teams have flirted around .500 since.
Now, he has Stefon Diggs, Adam Thielen, and Dalvin Cook. He has an elite defense and a good coaching staff. It is time to find out who the real Kirk Cousins is.
Siemian is not the cream of the crop and proved that he is limited as a starter if something were to happen to Cousins. However, he has proven a lot more in his NFL career than Chase Daniel and Tyler Bray combined.
It is tough to understand what Kyle Slotter is at this point, but it is safe to say that right now the Vikings have a better room than the Bears.
