Minnesota Vikings: Dalvin Cook, Latavius Murray Roc Thomas

While the first two teams were looking for an all-around back, Dalvin Cook showed that he can very easily be that in year two for the Minnesota Vikings. Cook only played four games last season but finished with 354 yards. He also added 11 receptions for 90 yards.

Cook tore his ACL and will have to answer that question when it comes to his recovery. However, if he can extend his first four games over an entire season in year two, he is going to be a huge addition.

Latavius Murray helps as a goal line, short yardage back. He is also strong in pass blocking situations and can get on the field in a variety of ways. Murray had 8 touchdowns last season and had 20 in the last two seasons.

The team has some other depth in their backfield but the name to watch for from the depth is Roc Thomas. Thomas was a former Auburn back who had to transfer to due to injuries. He worked his way back at a lower level and while he went undrafted, he has all of the makings to replace Jerick McKinnon.
