3. Bears: Allen Robinson, Taylor Gabriel, Anthony Miller, Kevin White, Javon Wims, Josh Bellamy
Some Packers fans may get mad and call bias over the Bears ranking ahead of the Packers. The Bears group is quite literally all based on projection right now. However, on paper, the Bears blow the Packers away now.
Allen Robinson is coming off of an ACL tear, but before his injury was regarded as a better receiver than Adams. With his ACL tear and Adams regression, there is room to debate. On top of that, Randall Cobb can be argued as a better option than Taylor Gabriel. In fact, the Chicago Bears would love some Randall Cobb production from the Gabriel spot.

So while they are close up top, the Bears pull away in depth. Anthony Miller is a rookie but would be drafted ahead of any receiver outside of the top two in Green Bay. He literally was drafted multiple rounds before Moore and St. Brown. Miller is a second-round rookie, Yancey is a 5th rounder entering year two. Yes, Allison has more production, but the Packers would trade Allison for Miller in a heartbeat.
From there, Kevin White has the upside to be a top receiver for the Packers. Of course, injury luck does hold him back. Still, Javon Wims is in the same category as Moore and St. Brown and with a defined special teams floor from Bellamy, the group provides a much more well-rounded punch than the Packers.
