5. NFC West: 49ers, Rams, Seahawks, Cardinals

Not very long ago the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals battled for supremacy in the NFC West. Now, it feels as though the 49ers and Rams will be in a similar spot this season.

The Rams are the team we know will be good. Fresh off of their first playoff experience it feels as though they are ready to take the step forward. They made major additions to their roster and come in as the prohibitive favorites.

However, the 49ers are coming Jimmy Garoppolo is the real deal and the team has a lot of talent being assembled. Kyle Shanahan is a great head coach and seems to have this team ready to compete.

The Seattle Seahawks still get respect, but there are serious questions on this roster that were not there before. They are replacing Richard Sherman. Kam Chancellor may not play next season and Cliff Avril will not either.

On top of that the team elected to add to the running back room rather than offensive line. It will be tough for Russell Wilson to navigate. Unfortunately with the defense the way it is they need him upright more than ever. It is a definite question that will follow the team early into the season.

Then, there are the Cardinals. The Cardinals are in the full on rebuild with Josh Rosen. They do not have much of an offensive line and are going through a bit of a rebuild themselves. It feels as though they are looking for a high draft pick next year to go for it in the coming years with Rosen.
