3. Chicago Bears- Charles Leno, Bobby Massie, Bradley Sowell

Charles Leno is the strong part of the tackle group. Leno is a great value when looking at what he brings to the Bears compared to what he is being paid. However, that still just puts him as an average tackle at best in the NFL.

This means the other two options stand well below average. Bobby Massie is a below average right tackle. He should be the first player that the team will be looking to replace on the offensive line.

From there, is Bradley Sowell. Sowell started at guard last season due to injuries and shuffling on the line. However, Sowell is likely to be the teams swing tackle with better depth and health at guard.

The last time he played tackle was on the Seattle Seahawks when he anchored an all-time bad offensive line. He is below average even for a swing tackle. So while Leno holds this group up slightly over the Minnesota Vikings, it is not a great group overall.
