Matt Nagy is installing his new offense into the Chicago Bears personnel. While we may project what it looks like, the truth is, the offense will never be complete

Everyone is trying to project what the Matt Nagy offense will look like. Can Allen Robinson dominate, is Trey Burton the fantasy sleeper, how about Tarik Cohen?

Everyone is going to have their opinion on what the new Chicago Bears offense will look like. However, the truth is that all we are likely going to learn is that the offense is versatile.

Mitchell Trubisky talked to the Chicago Tribune recently and opened up about his thoughts on the new offense. Trubisky mentioned the creativity and the uniqueness of the offense week to week that does not give it an identity.

Trubisky said:

"Every day at practice, even if we did an install, he’s always trying to add something to the offense. A little wrinkle. Whether it be … a motion, a play-action, just always trying to take it to the next level to get an upper hand on the defense. It’s like who can do the most creative thing with the different weapons we have. Each team is different. We have different weaponsMore from Bear Goggles OnFranchise tag and transition tag windows open for Chicago Bears and NFLHow the Chicago Bears can control the running back market in 2023The Chicago Bears can own the city of Chicago moving forwardChicago Bears NFL Combine Preview: Quarterback7 best free agent tackle options for Chicago Bears"

So, the offense we see in Week One will likely be different than the offense we see in Week Two. Which will be different from the next week and so on? That running play you saw in Week One will get called again in Week Two. However, this time, a motion, or a fake reverse is added.

The Chicago Bears could go run heavy against the elite pass defense who is soft in the middle. They could also attack teams deep with weak safeties. Or, if they need the short passing game to thrive, it is there. Week One they attack with Trey Burton, Week Two it is Allen Robinson, Week Three, Tarik Cohen, Week Four, Jordan Howard.

That is the identity of the Chicago Bears offense. If you struggle at it, we excel at it and are going to attack you. The versatility and the unique looks and branches extended week to week should be what this unit is known for.
