When the Chicago Bears meet the division rival Greenbay Packers in week one, the rivalry will finally feel like it’s back on.

There is no other rivalry in sports that feels as intense as a Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers matchup. The oldest rivalry in football, dating back to 1921, hasn’t felt as competitive in recent years.

With Aaron Rodgers quarterbacking the team, the Bears have felt the wrath of Green Bay the last several seasons. This year, the roster looks a little more favorable, at least on paper.

The team no longer wants to reside in the cellar of the NFC North and with a pivotal week one matchup against a formidable, yet, familiar, opponent, the Bears will look to make a statement.
