Rashaad Coward

Rashaad Coward is starting to become a name around Chicago after switching from defensive tackle to offensive tackle. He is extremely raw in his transformation, but it seems as though we were able to watch firsthand the magic of Harry Hiestand. From the Hall of Fame game to the second game of the preseason we started to see growth and traction from Coward at the position.

The questions about whether or not he could make the 53-man roster have started to emerge. While he still has a ways to go to put himself into that conversation, that will have to be done in this game. He will likely see the field a good bit over the next two games, but this is his best chance to see higher levels of competition. Bobby Massie will probably get a drive or two once again, so Coward will increase his sample size significantly.

Arguably the most crucial game for Coward when it comes to his roster status will be Saturday. We will see if he is ready.
