2. The Bills also had a big addition on the defensive side of the ball with rookie Tremaine Edmunds.  How has he looked in camp and what sort of an impact is he going to make for the Bills D?

Tremaine Edmunds is going to have a successful NFL career. The crazy thing is that he is only 20 years old right now and is set to start for an NFL defense. He has looked great all summer and has remained humble throughout. That is the key takeaway I have noticed from reading quotes about him and the general updates from camp. He is here to learn and is not a distraction in any sense. The only way he would distract someone is by making a big play.

3. The Bills broke a long streak of missing the playoffs when they grabbed a Wild Card spot last season.  Can they continue a streak of playoff appearances in 2018?  What has to happen to make the playoffs again in 2018?  What would keep them out?

Buffalo Bills

That is a tough question because there are so many unknowns with this team. A lot of national analysts are pegging the Bills to finish around 4-12 or 5-11. Not exactly optimistic, but the team didn’t enter last season as national favorites to make the postseason and they still did.

One thing that needs to happen to return to the postseason is for one of the three quarterbacks to stick as the starter for the entire season. There can’t be a constant shuffling of quarterbacks. The offense would never find a rhythm, which is what has been seen this preseason. On that note, the offensive line has to be much better than they have been the past few weeks. The loss of both Eric Wood and Richie Incognito is evident early on.

The way the Bills miss the postseason is if they do exactly what they have doing during the preseason. Not block, blow defensive assignments, not commit to a starting quarterback, etc. The good news is that the preseason is only practice, even if some fans forget that.
