What can you say about Khalil Mack? Bottom line, if he’s half as dominant as he was against the Packers the rest of the season, he’ll be worth every penny.

This reference may go over the head of some younger readers, but Mack looked like Lawrence Taylor in the video game, Tecmo Bowl. He lived in the backfield. He had a sack, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, an interception and a touchdown.

He made a mockery of the Packers offense. He proved that he does whatever he wants on the field. What will offenses do? You certainly can’t let him be one-on-one with an offensive lineman as he will destroy them. You going to double team him? Triple team him? What about Akiem Hicks, Eddie Goldman and Leonard Floyd? Not to mention the likes of Danny Trevathan and Roquan Smith.

There simply won’t be enough people to block the Bears’ front seven. Mack has elevated this unit to an elite group. This will be the anchor of an elite defense and Mack is already headed to being named All-Pro this season.  Mack was everything Bears’ fans could have hoped for.
