Chicago Bears travel to Arizona in week 3, Who do I start? Who do I sit? I’m your Bears Fantasy Expert.

The Chicago Bears are big favorites on the road against the Arizona Cardinals. Here are some start and sit ideas.

Start

Allen Robinson: I told you last week not to panic with Allen Robinson. I was right. He is completely synced up with Mitchell Trubisky. 14 targets led to 10 receptions for 83 yards against Seattle. Robinson will eventually find the end zone, but he is still Trubisky’s security blanket and will be heavily targeted. Bigger upside in PPR Fantasy leagues. Definitely a WR1 starter.

Jordan Howard: We are all surprised by Jordan Howard‘s effectiveness in the passing game. Howard is the featured back and its not close right now. He has more than 3 times the carries, and yards than Tarik Cohen. Even more surprising Howard has double the receptions, and almost double the yards of Cohen. For the first time ever Howard is a valuable PPR option. Definitely a RB1 starter.

Bears D/ST: This Defense leads the league in sacks with 10. Arizona’s offense is worst in the league. If you have this defense on your fantasy team start them!!! I fully expect the defense to be who we think they are against the Cardinals. Definitely starter.

Sit

Tarik Cohen: This kills me. And you guys can kill me on Twitter if he goes off this week, its only fair. But to me better safe than sorry. He hasn’t shown us anything to prove he deserves to be in the starting lineup. Definitely a worse case scenario PPR Flex option.

More from Bear Goggles On

Mitchell Trubisky: Lets be honest there are too many other good fantasy QB’s out there. I worry about Trubisky on the road against veteran CB’s like Patrick Peterson. He finally had a 2 td passing game, but I believe the Bears will run the ball to victory in Arizona. Mitchell’s ability to run the ball makes him not a bad start if you have no other options. Definitely a QB2 option.

Play’em at your own Risk

Taylor Gabriel: I don’t believe there is enough to go around to make him worthy of starting. I love what he does in this Bears offense in real football. But in fantasy, unless you’re in a 16 team league there isn’t room for him to start on my team. Definitely a 16 team PPR league Flex option.

Trey Burton: Let me be 100% clear, he is starting on my team in a .5 point a reception PPR league. This Bears offense hasn’t been explosive enough for me to say guaranteed starter. I have no other TE option, I am sticking with him knowing its a risk. If you have other options…think about them. Definitely a TE2 or Flex option in PPR leagues.

I expect a week three win that looks very similar to week two, offense looks great early, then putters off. Defense will dominate this game, leading to running the ball a lot! As always follow me on Twitter @MarkHespen so we can argue about it!
