Defensive Line

Chicago’s defensive line helped control the line of scrimmage against Arizona’s offensive front, holding the Cardinals’ running game to just 53 yards. Defensive end Akiem Hicks recorded four tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble. Rookie Bilal Nichols had a big tackle-for-loss on a third down late in the fourth quarter, which set up the defense’s third interception.
