Intangibles

Whether or not you like Mitch Trubisky right now, his team likes him. His team is fully invested in him and they trust him. They said that this offseason, and they are saying that now.

Remember, Prince Amukamara stated that he re-signed in Chicago because he spent a season with Trubisky in the locker room. Allen Robinson left Blake Bortles and saw an upgrade in Mitch Trubisky. The locker room adapted to his personality, and they are fully committed to him.

That is likely because of his work ethic. We heard it throughout the summer; Trubisky is still at the facility. There were photos of Trubisky sneaking in to watch rookie camp.

He developed a first person in, last person out mentality and the team respects him for that. You would assume that with this type of hard work, you are going to get a payoff.

While his play has not been strong so far this season, he has faced the media well and has handled the scrutiny with professionalism. After seeing a still image cause an uproar in the media circle, Trubisky answered criticism to the picture in the best way possible.

This is a person who understands what is going on. He knows the issues, and he is working on them. Nobody is working harder than him to fix them, and nobody believes in him more than his team. It seems like we should give him a few more weeks to grow, huh?
