As a unit, the defensive line combined for 11 tackles, helping hold Tampa Bay’s backfield to just 60 yards rushing on the afternoon. Also, two of the Bears’ four sacks was recorded by the defensive front. Akiem Hicks added another sack to his season numbers, while Bilal Nichols and Roy Robertson-Harris shared a sack. The one thing that put a damper on a virtually flawless day for Chicago was the personal foul Hicks received for bumping an official, which resulted in him getting ejected from the game late in the second quarter.
