5. Conclusion And Score Prediction

So far, the Patriots are the toughest team the Bears have faced all season. The Bears have not beaten the Patriots since 2000 and the last time the Patriots beat the Bears in Chicago was in 2010. This Sunday however, the Bears have a chance to snap a four-game losing streak. It all starts with the pass rush. Getting after Tom Brady is the key to beating a team is so reliant on elite quarterback play.

While James White and Sony Michel are two of the Patriots biggest offensive weapons, the Bears will also need to be alert for Rob Gronkowski and Josh Gordon. As good as the Patriots offense is, the Bears offense will need to counter and see a big day from Tarik Cohen, Taylor Gabriel, and especially Mitchell Trubisky.

If the Bears offense and defense can perform consistently, then they have a chance to upset the Patriots and get back to winning football games. However, if the Bears make critical mistakes, there’s no telling how quickly the game will get out of hand. Expect the Bears to play a close game, but ultimately lose in the end on a last-second field goal.

Score: Patriots 23, Bears 20.
