1. The Vikings were big spenders in free agency to land Kirk Cousins. How has he changed the Vikings offense? Can Khalil Mack and the Bears defense rattle him?

So far, the Vikings have to be very pleased with what Kirk Cousins has brought to the team. While he has turned the ball over more than many fans would like, he has provided consistency under pressure and by having him for the next three seasons, that consistency can flow through the 2020 season.

As for the protection of Cousins, that is where things get shaky. Minnesota has dealt with some injuries and disappointing performances that have forced early throws, but the emergence of rookie Brian O’Neill should give hope the right side of the offensive line can buy him some time.
