Akiem Hick could easily be named the MVP of this game. The seven-year veteran ended the game with six tackles, with five tackles-for-loss and a sack. Hicks was flagged with a roughing-the-passer penalty on a failed Vikings two-point conversion attempt. Minnesota converted on the second attempt, cutting Chicago’s lead to eight points. The defensive line controlled the line of scrimmage from start to finish, helping limit the Vikings to just 22 yards rushing.
