The quick passes by the Lions’ air attack helped prevent Chicago’s linebackers from getting to the quarterback, but rookie Roquan Smith did manage to record one of the team’s two sacks on the afternoon. Smith also had a game-high 11 tackles. Danny Trevathan wasn’t too far behind with eight stops.
