Currently, on a five-game win streak, it’s clear that the Chicago Bears are a team that wants to be known as contenders in the NFC. After three straight division wins, the Chicago Bears confidence is soaring as they get set to take on the New York Giants in Metlife Stadium.

Week 12 was an eventful one for the Chicago Bears. As the Bears knocked off the Detroit Lions, the Minnesota Vikings beat the Green Bay Packers, putting an even bigger damper on the Packers playoff hopes. If the Bears can beat the Giants, there’s a chance they could be 2.5 games ahead of everyone in the race for NFC North champion.

The New Giants are an interesting team. They’ve got some solid pieces on both sides of the ball, yet due to inconsistency at the quarterback position currently are on pace to land a top-ten draft pick. The Giants feature top-end talents on offense in Odell Beckham Jr. and Saquon Barkley both of whom have potential to be instant game-changers on any given play.

Each week, we’ll be previewing the Bears regular season matchup. Additionally, we’ll examine what the Bears must do to win. What are the key players on the opposing team that the Bears will need to stop? Each week, will the offense or defense make a bigger impact?
