Keys To Victory: Chicago Bears Face Odd Test

3. Create Turnovers
Something that the Vic Fangio’s defense has done all year, there’s no doubt that the Chicago Bears defense steps up and creates turnovers when the Bears need it the most. This Sunday, with uncertainty as to who will start at the quarterback position for the Bears, the defense will once again need to carry the weight for this team.
The easiest way to create turnovers is by pressuring Eli Manning. When Manning is consistently under pressure, he’s unable to make smart decisions and is often times, the key to the Giants losing games. However, at the same time, Manning can also keep the Giants in games.
If the Bears want to create multiple turnovers, then it all starts with Eddie Jackson. Jackson who has become a turnover machine is a rangy safety who can anticipate what a quarterback is doing before a play fully develops will need to do the same so the Bears defense can benefit.
By pressuring Eli Manning, the Bears secondary can force multiple turnovers and give the offense good field position in a game where field position could end up being a difference maker.
