The 76 rushing yards on 16 carries that Jordan Howard gained on the afternoon was the most he’s tallied since Week 8. Howard got into a groove running the ball in the first half, but for some reason wasn’t given much of an opportunity to do the same in the second half. Tarik Cohen was the star of the game. His eight carries for 30 yards wasn’t as effective as Howard’s rushing total, but his 12 receptions for 156 yards (both game-highs) were a major part of the Bears’ offense. Cohen also threw the touchdown pass that put the game into overtime. And defensive tackle Akiem Hicks tapped into his inner William “The Refrigerator” Perry and scored on a one-yard touchdown.
