Cody Parkey connected on both of his field goal attempts and on all three extra point attempts, including the extra point that tied the score and put the game into overtime. Pat O’Donnell only landed one of his five punts inside the 20-yard line, but averaged a whopping 50.5 yards per punt. Taquan Mizzell did fumble the opening kickoff in the end zone, after calling for a fair catch, and was forced to run the ball out to just the 15-yard line. The special teams’ biggest play came by Daniel Brown, when he recovered an onside kick to keep the Bears’ hopes alive late in the fourth quarter.
