Mitch Trubisky looks set to return vs the LA Rams.

The news Bears fans have wanted since that unfortunate Monday, November 19 injury report that stated, “Mitch Trubisky Questionable (Shoulder),” looks to have finally arrived.

The NFL’s injury report came out Wednesday and Mitch Trubisky was a full participant in practice.

That is music to everyone’s ears. That, plus quotes from Matt Nagy and Trubisky himself, and it’s 95% certain he will be back on the field Sunday against the LA Rams.

After Sunday’s loss to the New York Giants, this is a huge piece of news for the Chicago Bears. Chase Daniel performed admirably against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving and got them the win, but lightning certainly didn’t strike twice for Daniel against the Giants.

Daniel played poorly against New York. He couldn’t hold onto the football, fumbling four times and he also threw two interceptions. The Bears lost the turnover battle three to one and lost in overtime. What does that tell you? They missed Trubisky and missed him quite a bit. Had Trubisky played, the Bears would most likely be 9-3.

Trubisky still isn’t a lock to play, he will have to perform well this week and not have any setbacks to be on the field on Sunday, but at this point, it looks like it will happen.

The Bears are currently a two point underdog to the Rams on Sunday night but they’ll have the friendly confines of Soldier Field on their side. If Trubisky and the Bears can beat Los Angeles, they’ll announce to the league that they’ve arrived.

This is a huge week for the Chicago Bears, they need Mitch Trubisky to play in the worst way and it looks like that will indeed happen.
