The Chicago Bears host the Green Bay Packers in the 198th matchup of the best rivalry in the NFL.  The Packers lead the series 97-94-6 after the Bears used to hold a commanding edge in the series.

The Bears still have a sour taste in their mouths after their Week 1 collapse against the Packers.  The Bears have gone on to a 9-4 record despite the loss to the Packers and could clinch the division and knock their rivals out of the postseason in one fell swoop.  (Bears win combined with a Vikings win or wins by PHI + WAS )

This sets up as a matchup of two franchises headed in opposite directions.  The Bears are a team on the rise with a young quarterback and a new head coach.  The Packers are limping through a disappointing season and will be looking for a new coach after they fired Mike McCarthy.

The Bears will have a chance to slay the dragon and exact revenge against a Packers team that has won eight straight at Soldier Field dating back to the NFC Championship game in 2010.  To help us preview Sunday’s game, we’ve enlisted the help of Freddie Boston from Lombardi Ave for a quick Q&A.
