1. Pressure Aaron Rodgers

In week one, the Chicago Bears managed to hit the quarterback just six times. However, Aaron Rodgers was out for parts of the game dealing with an injured knee. Now, with Rodgers fully healthy, the Bears will need to pressure him, even more, considering he’s just come off a performance where he threw 196 yards and two touchdowns.

The Bears know all too well what happens when teams fail to consistently pressure Aaron Rodgers. With his scrambling ability, he’ll buy some time and eventually make something happen.

While the Bears have Khalil Mack, Akiem Hicks, and Leonard Floyd as their three primary pass rushers, the entire front seven must step and get after Rodgers.

In the second half of week one, the Packers began to double team Khalil Mack on multiple occasions. This could very likely be the case again this week, this means that the Bears will need Leonard Floyd to step up in a major way and get after Aaron Rodgers.

Floyd has played very well over the last few weeks. Over the last five games, he has three tackles for loss and five quarterback hits. He’s also consistently pressured the quarterback. While he won’t need to make every play for this team on Sunday, he certainly could end up being a difference maker in how the Bears defense plays.
