4. Shutdown Tight End Kyle Rudolph

Considering they have a new offensive coordinator, the Vikings offense has scored 68 points over the last two games. On Sunday, against the Lions, Tight End Kyle Rudolph hauled in nine receptions for 122 yards and two touchdowns.

In seven of fifteen games this season, Rudolph has averaged double-digit yards per reception. While he has only scored three touchdowns, he has proven to be a solid option and has stepped up and made plays for the Vikings offense when Minnesota has needed it the most.

With the Prince Amukamara and Kyle Fuller locking down wide receivers Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen, Rudolph could see an increase in targets thrown his way, especially considering that Bears Safety Eddie Jackson will not be playing due to an ankle injury.

Rudolph’s height (6’-6’’) could prove to be big in the redzone against safeties Deon Bush and DeAndre Houston-Carson. This is where the Bears will need to use linebackers, Danny Trevathan and Roquan Smith, to be able to slow Rudolph down.
