1. Let’s get right to it. Did the Bears shoot themselves in the foot by letting the Eagles into the playoffs? Can the defending champs come into Soldier Field on Sunday and upset the Bears? Give me your prediction and a final score.

I’m honestly not sure if that would be considered shooting themselves in the foot. I believe most of us are debating what we kept hearing on last weekend, the theory that the Eagles would be a more favorable match up than seeing the Vikings for a third time.

That might be a bit of a slap in the face, but it is what it is.  This one should be interesting and honestly, a victory on either side wouldn’t surprise me. In the end, I trust Nick Foles a little more than I trust Mitch Trubisky, and I think Jim Schwartz can neutralize the Bears ‘O’ just enough.

I think Philly prevails 27-20.

2. Matt Nagy and Doug Pederson have a close history. Does their knowledge of each other and their systems give one an edge over the other?

I don’t think it does. Despite their obvious friendship, the two have honestly, in my opinion, evolved just over the past two years. From the outside looking in, I feel as though we undervalue Nagy’s offensive mind. I think it’s right on par with Sean Payton‘s or Sean McVay’s.
Both are aware of what the other knows about them, and I expect both to throw the other a few curve balls. That’s just my opinion though.
