4. Lamarcus Joyner

Lamarcus Joyner is 28 and coming off of a year when he was franchise tagged. His stock did not necessarily improve this season making it tough to imagine the Rams giving him a huge deal. While the buzz of his team making the Super Bowl may launch his pay grade higher than Amos, he currently is listed below Amos on the Rotoworld free agent tracker.

If the Bears could get Joyner while saving a few million dollars, it could be a better proposition than overpaying Amos.

The biggest draw for Joyner is his versatility. If Bryce Callahan gets away, Joyner has played in the slot throughout his career. Joyner played free safety most of this season, which helps the Bears continue their two high looks and continue to rotate Eddie Jackson in the box. Joyner can also roam into the box where he had elite pass rushing and run defending grades this season. Joyner missed five tackles this year compared to nine from Amos.

The versatility at a cheaper price would undoubtedly be a draw.
