Safety

It appears as though Adrian Amos is going to draw a bigger market than Bryce Callahan. The Bears have some money to pay him, but compared to Callahan, they may want to let Amos walk at his potential asking price.

With that in mind, this becomes the most significant loss on the roster from the 2018 team.

More from Bear Goggles On

A small portion of Bears fans will be upset, but most will

understand the business of the NFL and that his value was likely more for another team than it was in Chicago.

The Bears have Deon Bush, and in that regard, they have younger and cheaper potential in depth at safety than the slot. Still, Bush only has a handful of stars and most were last year in place of Eddie Jackson rather than with him.

The Bears will either want depth behind Bush or in a starter over Bush. Either way, this seems to be their biggest question mark at this point in the offseason.
