While the Chicago Bears have made their bulk signings they still will be looking to add more. Who are some names that they may kick the tires on in the coming weeks

The majority of the big names are off of the board at this point in free agency. Still, with only five draft picks it is clear that the team will add some depth players in some form or the other.

While there is a big name in Justin Houston that is getting some love, he may be the most expensive option available as well. With limited cap resources, the Bears are likely to make a tinker or two with the lineup.

Who are five names that Bears fans could keep an eye on?

1. Shane Ray

No, it is not Justin Houston. Still, the Bears can make some waves with a former first-round pick in Shane Ray. Ray has 14 sacks in his career, and eight of them came in one season. While he has not lived up to his first-round billing, the upside has been there.

Ray could not pass up Von Miller, DeMarcus Ware, and eventually Bradley Chubb. While his bust status has tempered expectations, the Bears are just looking for a third pass rusher, something he has always been.

Without signing in the early portion of free agency Ray is not going to get money. Still, he is only 26 years old in a free agency pool where most are 30 or older. Signing Ray as a third pass rusher lowers the expectations and perception when comparing him to his former first-round status. Shane Ray could be a nice bet to add to the pass rush group.
