2. How will UDFAs progress

The Chicago Bears together one heck of a UDFA class. With a variety of talented names pushing to make the roster, there will be plenty to watch. Especially as they go from their first mini-camp into real practice sessions with the team.

A lot is thrown at them in a short period of time. For UDFAs, they cannot miss a beat.

This starts with Emanuel Hall. Hall has the talent to make the roster but needs to prove he has the strength and maturity. Coming off of his first week of practice and showing growth with the veterans would go a long way. If you remember, Kevin Toliver made noise in OTAs last season with similar off of the field questions.

Dax Raymond has passing game value but needs to show that he can handle NFL blocking duties at tight end. Mathieu Betts will line up with Isaiah Irving and Kylie Fitts, and we will finally see how raw his game is compared to lower end roster players.

Then there is the group of offensive line options, highlighted by Alex Bars, who will not practice but could give us a health update. These sessions are vital for UDFAs, and we should be watching all of them and track their growth.
