24. Taylor Gabriel

Last Year: 20 

Gabriel slips out of the top 20, but not by much. The speedster had a strong season, but still, entering camp most would agree that his stock is trending down. This has little doing of his own, though.

First, the Bears signed Cordarelle Patterson. Patterson will not take his role and is below him on this list. However, the gadget plays that Gabriel ran last year will be taken up by Patterson. A small decrease in the role.

On top of that, signing Marvin and Emanuel Hall shows that they are hoping one of the two can step into his role by next season. Gabriel is still a starting wide receiver and will have his impact this season. However, as the time has changed he gets pushed down the list a bit.
