4. TJ Clemmings

Clemmings is less known but has a chance to go from training camp athlete to a roster player with an excellent performance in training camp. With Charles Leno and Bobby Massie likely on the sideline, Clemmings has a great chance to see a big snap shared.

Clemmings was a fourth-round pick for the Minnesota Vikings who has bounced around the NFL in the past couple of seasons. He is looked at as a project tackle, and Harry Hiestand wants a chance to get his hands on him before the ship has sailed.

Clemmings started the preseason on the Physically Unable to Perform list but was taken off with Haha Clinton-Dix. He should be able to get a weeks worth of practice, and with that will get a chance to show what he has.

The Bears have a lot of UDFAs on their line and not much depth.  Clemmings could stand apart from the pack and find momentum for a chance to play left tackle throughout the preseason.
