3. Kylie Fitts fighting for a roster spot

Fitts is certainly not guaranteed anything. He is coming out as the number five outside linebacker on the Chicago Bears most recent depth chart. This is not a surprise as we knew Khalil Mack and Leonard Floyd would be ahead of him. When the team signed Aaron Lynch, he slotted into the number three spot.

However, it was a potential question of whether Fitts could pass Isaiah Irving as the number four rusher. Fitts did not makeup ground as a rookie and is in the same spot entering his second preseason.

There is a good chance that Fitts and Irving both make the roster. However, Fitts is currently on the same line with James Vaughters, who is unlikely to be remembered by many fans.

The depth at pass rusher is one of the questionable spots on the team, and Fitts standing in the preseason will be worth following.
