12. vs Oakland – Week 5

Khalil Mack might not admit it, but he has this game circled on the calendar. Mack was traded to the Bears right before last season in a puzzling move, but one that the Chicago fans are thankful it happened. John Gruden retooled his roster and they got a big addition by getting Antonio Brown from the Steelers. Will he be the key to get this offense going? They still seem like a couple of players away. This game has some interesting subplots, but might not be the best game.

11. @ Denver – Week 2

The Bears travel to Denver to face their former defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. Fangio will be trying to turn around the Broncos and he should have a good defense led by Von Miller. The question will be if Joe Flacco can return to form and help the struggling Broncos offense get on track. This could be a sneaky good game, but on paper, it is not the sexiest of matchups.

10. @ Minnesota – Week 17

For the second in a row, the Bears finish the season at Minnesota. Last year the Bears handled the Vikings and knocked them out of the playoffs, which kind of backfired on Chicago as they had to play the Eagles and lost. Minnesota’s defense should be pretty good, but the question will be if Kirk Cousins can start winning the big games. This game will probably have playoff implications and hopefully for the Bears just for seeding. As long as the Bears don’t have to play the Eagles again they will be thrilled if they could knock the Vikings out again.

9. vs Minnesota – Week 4

Just like the Lions games, the home game vs the Vikings is listed just above the road game. For all the reasons mentioned above, this could be an interesting game except this won’t seem as important because of the time of the season it is played in. Either way, watching a game at Soldier Field is much better than on the road.
