2. Danny Trevathan

The first three players have options that could help the team save cap space next season. Trevathan is not even signed. Do you think he is ready to play for something big?

Trevathan will be 30 next season and knows that he s up against it. Aside from playing for a contract next season, he is going to be handling the play-calling duties over to Roquan Smith.

Smith is in line to take a step forward and lead this group. With a leader and play-caller in place, how much is the team going to spend to keep Trevathan next season? Trevathan will need to find ways to prove that he can be an alpha elsewhere is that were to happen.

He also has to prove that he is a player that they want beside Smith for the long term. They love his ability to compliment Smith.

Not that Trevathan ever has a down year, but expect a strong season from Trevathan in 2019.
