Where do we start? As the head coach of this team, and the brains behind this offense, a lot is expected of Matt Nagy. Having scored a touchdown in every game last season, Nagy failed to concoct a plan to do the same in the season opener. Why did the Bears have only 12 called running plays in a tight game? Why did the Bears have two delay-of-game penalties on the same drive? Should the Bears have attempted a 51-yard field goal in the third quarter instead of going for it on a fouth-and-10 in the third quarter? Maybe the coach’s play-calling and decision-making had something to do with that.

Let’s not harp on just the negative. Many questioned what the defense would look like under new defensive coordinator Chuck Pagano. Well, giving up only 10 points, and recording five sacks pretty much answers that question.
