Eddie Jackson vs. Joe Flacco

When people think of Joe Flacco, they think of his big arm. With that, they piece together that he has a good deep ball. This is false. Flacco had a good deep ball when Hall of Famers such as Anquan Boldin and Steve Smith were able to run under it. However, beyond that, he just has a strong arm.

In fact, over the last two seasons, he ranks 32nd in the NFL in accuracy throwing the ball 20 yards down the field. Flacco is a bad quarterback with a strong arm. On top of that, we have seen the “cool Joe” pass before.

The one where he does not care at all throws off of his back foot and embarrasses himself. He does it at least once every single week.

So, Flacco has a big arm and he does not care that he is inaccurate. He still throws deep. This is great chance for Eddie Jackson to get his season off to a hot start. Jackson has proven to be a smart defender who can bait you into a trap.

Flacco does not seem to care and loves falling into traps. Look for the stud free safety to make Flacco think a deep ball is there. Look for Jackson to force Flacco to test him. Then, look for Jackson to pick off Flacco.
