3. This is what Anthony Miller is

We have waited three weeks for an Anthony Miller breakout. While I am saying wait on Montgomery, he will get better, it is time to admit this is who Anthony Miller is. He is a nice piece, but he is limited in his usage.

This may have been noted in that Miller was an older prospect coming out. It is one thing to dominate at Memphis, but he was 23 years old taking on Conference USA players who have yet to turn 21. He better have dominated as he did.

In year one, he was banged up, but now he is 25 years old in year two. This is technically the start of his prime. Injuries are a question, but his role in the offense should be higher for a player who is NFL ready and in the prime of his career.

Miller can catch screens and turn them up-field. That was scatted through his college tape. However, his timing with NFL quarterbacks and in routes is still clearly being questioned. The Bears would rather see Tarik Cohen, or even a blocker like Holtz on the field at this point than a player they do not trust, with limited upside. This is who he is, and the usage may come and go, but he is not going to demand targets down the field.
