With the Green Bay Packers losing this past Thursday night, the matchup between the Chicago Bears and the Minnesota Vikings is now more important than before. The winner of this contest will be tied for first place in the NFC North, while the loser will have sole possession of last place in the division at the end of Week 4—all of this is under the assumption that the Detroit Lions lose to the Kansas City Chiefs.

As far as the Bears, things are looking up. They are riding the wave of a two-game winning streak, and more importantly, their offense has shown signs of life. After scoring just one touchdown in their first two games of the season, Chicago’s offense found the end zone three times in Week 3.

Of course, all eyes will be on quarterback Mitchell Trubisky to see if he’ll play just as good, or better, than he did this past Monday night. On the other side of the ball, the defense not only continued their dominating ways in Week 3, but took it to the next level and recorded five takeaways, four sacks, and a touchdown. Fans would love to see the Monsters of the Midway build on that performance.

Besides the obvious things to watch, there are many more things worth focusing on that could make or break the Bears’ chances of walking away with a much-needed victory. Here are the things to watch for this week.
