  1. Matt Nagy vs Mike Zimmer

It is not often we talk about coaches in the matchups article. However, this is one of the top defensive-minded head coaches squaring off with the young innovative Matt Nagy and his offense. We will see the two top play-callers, calling plays and going one-on-one Sunday.

There is no doubt that this will be the top matchup to watch. Matt Nagy is 2-0 against Zimmer, but the story has typically been the Bears defense shutting down Kirk Cousins.

Trubisky played much better against Minnesota with Nagy than he did with John Fox, but he still has not thrown for over 200 yards in any of his four games against Zimmer. Last season he had one touchdown and two interceptions, averaging just under 6 yards per attempt.

The Bears have found some rhythm with tempo and getting Trubisky on the loose, but Zimmer has the personnel and game plan to change that. This will be a great test to see if Zimmer is able to figure out Nagy after two shots last year, and also see if Nagy has what it takes to adjust.
