As a team, the Bears rushed for only 42 yards. Playing from behind early, Chicago stuck with the passing game. As a result, there were only 16 called run plays from scrimmage. Rookie David Montgomery had 11 of those carries for 25 yards (2.3 yards per carry) and scored the team’s first touchdown. Montgomery also caught the only ball thrown his way for 11 yards. Tarik Cohen toted the ball four times for just 10 yards, but did have six receptions for 39 yards.
